Applicability of Policy

By using Outtaland’s website and/or initiating a request for purchase of product(s), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from transacting on outtaland.com.

Please note, Outtaland may update or revise this policy from time to time. We recommend reviewing it periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Return & Exchange Window


We offer returns and exchanges notify within 5 days from the date of delivery.


Once your request is accepted by our team, you will be notified by email, and the product will be scheduled for pickup by our logistics partner within 24–48 hours.


Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the return request will be cancelled.


Once received, the product will undergo a Quality Check (QC). Approved requests will be processed further.


Delivery of exchanges typically takes 7–10 business days.


If the requested size or style is unavailable, you will be offered an alternative product or a refund.


For approved returns, refunds will be credited back to the customer’s registered payment account (same method used for purchase) within 5–7 business days.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:
a) The product does not fit.
b) The product or packaging has been damaged in transit.
c) The product is defective.
d) Parts or accessories are missing.

Conditions to qualify:


The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and untampered with.


All brand tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.


No stains, odors, scratches, tears, or damages should be present.


Products bought as a set must be returned as a complete set.


Return/exchange requests will only be accepted against the same order and product details in our records.

Outtaland reserves the right to reject any request if these conditions are not met.

Cancellation Policy


Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once dispatched from our warehouse, orders cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us at outtalandofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
